About the role

The Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) supports resident health and ensures clinical compliance in a senior living setting. This position focuses on resident well‑being, safety, and adherence to healthcare regulations, contributing to high‑quality resident care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wellness assessments for residents.
• Monitor health changes and report findings.
• Manage medication administration and perform MAR/TAR audits.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and care teams.
• Document care accurately and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Support infection control initiatives and clinical quality programs.
• Train care team members to uphold care standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior living or a clinical setting.
