About the role
Sage + Sound is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are a wellness hub dedicated to providing a personalized experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily store meetings and product/online education
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Introduce guests to products and services, making recommendations
- Educate guests on the benefits of our offerings and provide demonstrations
- Book and manage service/appointment bookings
- Transact POS sales and maintain reporting
- Support back-of-house operations such as receiving inventory and maintaining stock
- Assist in planning and executing in-store events
- Contribute to store operations and maintenance
- Lead the store in the absence of a Lead / ASM / SM
- Engage in learning and development activities

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus
- Knowledge of beauty/wellness is a plus
- Experience with Shopify is preferred

Pay
The pay range for this role is $23 - $25 per hour at the Flagship location in New York, NY.
Schedule
Flexible schedule available, including evenings and weekends.
