Redmint is an urban wellness facility providing traditional Chinese medicine modalities in a brand-new spa setting, currently under construction in San Francisco. We are seeking a qualified Wellness Director to lead our opening, product development, and team assembly. The launch is scheduled for Q1 2020, and the position is available immediately.
About the role
As Wellness Director, you will oversee the opening of our new facility, develop our service offerings, and build a strong, unified team. This is a leadership role for someone with a passion for blending ancient care with modern wellness practices.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in spa leadership
- Experience with facility openings, product development, and team building
