Abundant career growth opportunities to nurture professional development Strong shared governance structure Commitment to employee voice Qualifications Bachelor's Degree RequiredPreferred degree to be in a related healthcare field (exercise physiology, dietician, nursing or other pertinent health care field). Preferred Work Experience At least 2 years teaching or coaching experience or equivalent in the field of diet/nutrition or exercise. PreferredExperience with individual and group health risk evaluations or testing. PreferredPossess experience in creating and introducing new plans with attention to detail and functionality and outcome measurements. Required Licenses & Certifications Licensed Dietician, Registered Dietician Nutritionist, or NETA – National Exercise Trainers Association Wellness Coaching Certification required. RequiredNETA, ACE, or ASFA certified group fitness instructor certification or RYT 200 certification from a Yoga Alliance accredited school. RequiredBasic Life Support/CPR Certification within 3 months of employment.
