Wellness Coordinator Full or Part Time

About the role

Icebox Short Hills is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team in Short Hills. Experience in retail/membership sales within the fitness industry is required, while prior application of these skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer service experience
• Educate guests on memberships and products
• Perform cryotherapy services
• Manage front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking out clients, and ringing up retail sales
• Create and foster professional relationships with guests to personalize their experience
• Maintain cleanliness of the studio and support inventory maintenance, including onsite laundering

Requirements

• Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual
• Must be courteous and professional in manner and appearance
• Must be an energetic, strong team player who is customer service oriented
• Must demonstrate sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
• Should be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Customer Service in health, fitness, or wellness industry: 1 year (required)
• Sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Management: 1 year (preferred)

Pay

Hourly pay rate with commission, incentive, and bonus opportunities

Schedule

We are open 9-8pm Monday to Thursday and on Saturday and Sunday from 9-4pm EST. Shifts range from 4-8 hours in length and can be customized to meet the needs of the employee in coordination with team needs.
