About the role
We are seeking a Wellness Coach to connect people of all abilities to healthier lifestyles through fitness.
Responsibilities
- Engage members to foster a safe and rewarding fitness experience
- Build strong relationships with members and guests to facilitate their fitness goals
- Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean fitness floor
- Provide a friendly and encouraging environment for members in the usage of fitness and wellness programs and services
- Have an understanding and provide basic information to members on exercising and health and wellness
Requirements
- A High School degree or equivalent
- Fitness experience preferred
- Enjoyment from working with people on a fitness floor
- Excitement about helping members learn new equipment
- Team player with a commanding, positive presence and passion for connecting with members and building relationships
