Contract Terms
This is an independent contractor engagement. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing their own work methods, schedule, taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

- October 20 - 21: Porterville, CA

Responsibilities
- Conduct various on-site fitness screenings including FMS (functional movement assessment), blood pressure, body fat measurements (BIA), and various other screenings following ACSM guidelines.
- Provide participants with guidance regarding mobility, exercise, injury prevention & rehabilitation, nutrition & weight management, stress management, blood pressure, and general health education.
- Provide virtual follow-up coaching relating to blood pressure, cholesterol management, diabetes management, and general health education.
- Data entry to create FMS screening reports and corrective exercise programs.
