Part-time Wellness Associate position at Urban Float, a premiere float spa.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting and checking clients in and out
- New client orientation
- Product and service sales
- Answering phone calls
- Email correspondence
- Cleaning between sessions
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
- Pool chemistry maintenance
Multitasking with ease is essential to success in this position. You must enjoy working with people and communicating professionally.
Requirements
- 2 years of customer service and retail sales experience
- General computer, internet, and email experience (Mac preferred)
- Ability to quickly learn our POS system (Zenoti)
- Weekend and evening availability (non-negotiable)
- Detail-oriented
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Spa or wellness experience preferred.
