Welding Workers Needed in Marietta, Day Shift, $28/hr., Great Benefits, Great Company!

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality manual TIG welding on thin-gauge stainless steel and specialized metal components used in modular chimney and exhaust assemblies.
• Read and analyze shop drawings, technical schematics, and work orders to plan the layout and assembly of custom ventilation parts.
• Operate fabrication machinery (such as metal presses, shears, rollers, and cutting tables) and use hand grinders to prepare and clean joints before welding.
• Inspect finished welds and assemblies for structural precision, airtightness, and surface finish conformance.

Requirements

• Must be able to move up to 30lbs.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for some parts of the day.
• Must be able to position oneself to access equipment, as needed.

Work Environment

• Must be able to wear protective gear such as work boots.
• Are sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures; workspaces may not be temperature-controlled.
• May have to get into awkward positions to reach cramped workspaces.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 6:00 am – 4:45 pm.

Pay

$28 per hour.
