Monday – Friday Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Produce work that conforms to customer specifications and standards, emphasizing the importance of quality and accuracy from the start.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specification instructions effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Inspect weld for accuracy and quality.
• Adapt to different workstations as production needs dictate, ensuring timely production of quality work that satisfies customer requirements.

• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Reliable and dependable, with a consistent work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a respectful and team-oriented environment.
• Occasional overhead work and frequent neck flexion and extension.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-placement drug screen and physical.
