Welding Adjunct Instructors
Job Responsibilities
Instructors are needed to teach day and evening programs in entry-level through advanced classes in Gas Metal Arc Welding - Pulse, oxyacetylene cutting processes, and related courses in blueprint reading, metallurgy, welding safety, and weld inspection, testing, and codes.
Requirements
- Training/teaching experience
- Recent welding experience
- Pass certification tests in each welding process taught
Qualifications
- Minimum: Associate degree in a related area
- Preferred: Teaching/training experience
Pay
Hourly rate is $30 - $40 per hour.
Schedule
- Day programs: 7:00 am-3:30 pm
- Night programs: M-F 2:30 pm-11:00 pm
