Welders/Fabricators

Job Description

Oxbo is seeking skilled Welder/Fabricators to join our 2nd shift team. Our operation is a high mix low volume production, offering the opportunity to work on a wide variety of large agricultural equipment and complex weldments. Our welders are problem solvers and craftsmen utilizing engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate assemblies both with and without fixtures.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required, trade-school required or equivalent combination of on-the-job training and education.
• Experience operating and setting up CNC machining centers and/or CNC lathes.
• Experience with MIG welding in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of AWS weld bonus if you have a working knowledge of ISO.
• Ability to fabricate and layout weldments by hand when needed.
• Experience with large structural weldments, agricultural or heavy equipment is preferred.
• Must successfully pass Oxbo weld qualification test.
