Welder, Structural Steel

About the role

Responsible for fabricating and assembling structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and weld structural steel components using various welding techniques.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with other trades to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of related experience in welding or construction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in oxyacetylene welding and MIG/TIG welding.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
