About the role
Responsible for fabricating and assembling structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and weld structural steel components using various welding techniques.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with other trades to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 2 years of related experience in welding or construction.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in oxyacetylene welding and MIG/TIG welding.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Skills
- Welding skills (oxyacetylene, MIG, TIG).
