Welder/PTA Operator - Stabil Drill

About the role

Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, provides tough, durable tools to support the energy industry in demanding drilling applications. We are seeking a Full Time Welder/PTA Operator to join our team in Casper, WY.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and repair functions in the welding shop.
• Fabricate downhole drilling equipment, including stabilizers.
• Apply various Hard Facings used on Stabilizers.
• Repair Stabilizers.
• Perform Manual Cylindrical Grinding.
• Work with management to estimate time frames on welding jobs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 1 year of welding experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
