About the role

At Wabash, Welders perform a variety of tasks that vary from location to location. Welders have a key role in the manufacture of carbon/stainless steel and aluminum products and subassemblies. Welders are a crucial position in the manufacturing process and are therefore expected to produce high-quality work while upholding production standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and help improve our performance in Safety, Quality, and Delivery
• Carbon Steel / Aluminum / Stainless Steel MIG and/or TIG weld at a level that meets quality standards
