The company is seeking a skilled Welder to join their team in Milner, GA. The position operates on both 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal structures
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment
- Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in welding
- Valid driver’s license
- Welding certification preferred
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Good attention to detail
Skills
- Proficient in using welding machines and tools
- Knowledge of welding codes and standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
