Welder (MIG&TIG)

About the role

Join Advantage Manufacturing in Colorado Springs as a Welder (MIG&TIG). This position is responsible for performing welding operations using MIG and TIG techniques on various metals.

Responsibilities

• Operate MIG and TIG welders to produce high-quality welds on metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications to ensure accurate and safe welding procedures.
• Inspect work for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet standards.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of welding experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of MIG and TIG welding techniques.
