Welder - Level 4 - 1st shift

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must only include sections with actual content. We need to parse the job description. Key parts: - Intro paragraph: "As a Welder Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will apply advanced welding techniques to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires precision, expertise, and adherence to strict welding codes and procedures to support our manufacturing and production operations. You will report directly to our Welding Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Arvada, CO location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production processes by delivering expert welding craftsmanship that meets project specifications and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section. - "Key Responsibilities" then bullet list: "1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday" (that's schedule). Then list of duties: Perform TIG welding techniques to fabricate primarily stainless steel piping spools between ¾” and 3” diameter. Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to ensure accurate welds and adherence to engineering specifications. Inspect welds for quality and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, making adjustments as necessary. Perform assembly work as required such as drilling & tapping into carbon steel metal plate; operating overhead and jib cranes; mounting auxiliary components onto bases; bolting up welded pipe spools; and routing stainless steel seal-gas tubing. So responsibilities section. - "Must Have" list: bullet points of required experience. - "We Value" list: bullet points of preferred qualifications. - "About Honeywell Technologies" paragraph. - "Qualifications Benefits of Working for Honeywell" paragraph: includes benefits description. - "The hourly range for this position is ($30.00 - $38.00)." That's pay. - "US Person Requirement" paragraph: compliance. - "The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days..." maybe not needed? It's metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. But we should not include application instructions. This is about application period; maybe we can drop as it's not substantive? It's metadata but could be included in a short p. However instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p for metadata like posting date, application period, US Person requirement? Actually US Person requirement is substantive (eligibility). Might be worth including as a requirement? Could be part of Requirements. - "Job Posting Date: September 17, 2026" metadata. - "About Us" repeats same as earlier; duplicate; we can drop duplicate. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Must Have and We Value?), Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: we have intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: we have list. - Requirements: Must Have list (required). Could be "Requirements" heading. - Qualifications: We Value list (preferred). Could be "Qualifications" heading. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills from Must Have and We Value? But we already have those sections; maybe we don't need separate Skills. - Benefits: we have benefits paragraph. - Pay: hourly range. - Schedule: we have "1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday". That's schedule. We should not create sections with filler. So we will include those sections. We need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

for headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from Must Have, We Value, responsibilities, benefits, pay, schedule, about role, about Honeywell (maybe only once). Also include US Person requirement maybe as a requirement. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning. The US Person requirement is not boilerplate; it's a specific eligibility requirement, so keep. We must not duplicate lines. The About Honeywell Technologies and About Us are duplicates; we should include only once. We need to ensure we don't include application instructions like "Learn more here: Honeywell Technologies: Leading the Autonomy Shift" maybe that's a link; but it's part of About Honeywell. Could keep as part of description. We must not include the link? It's part of the description; we can keep as plain text. We must not include the "For more information: https://benefits.honeywell.com/" maybe that's part of benefits; we can keep as a link? It's okay to keep as text. We must not include "The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates." That's metadata; we could fold into a short p under maybe a meta section? But we are not required to have a meta section; we could drop it as minor metadata. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short p at the end with posting date and application period. But we already have schedule, pay, etc. Might be okay to drop. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

As a Welder Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will apply advanced welding techniques to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires precision, expertise, and adherence to strict welding codes and procedures to support our manufacturing and production operations. You will report directly to our Welding Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Arvada, CO location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production processes by delivering expert welding craftsmanship that meets project specifications and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

    Responsibilities

    • 1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
    • Perform TIG welding techniques to fabricate primarily stainless steel piping spools between ¾” and 3” diameter.
    • Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to ensure accurate welds and adherence to engineering specifications.
    • Inspect welds for quality and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, making adjustments as necessary.
    • Perform assembly work as required such as drilling & tapping into carbon steel metal plate; operating overhead and jib cranes; mounting auxiliary components onto bases; bolting up welded pipe spools; and routing stainless steel seal‑gas tubing.
But note: The schedule item is part of responsibilities list but could be separate schedule section. However we have schedule section separate. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should have a Schedule section separate. The schedule info is "1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday". So we should put that under Schedule, not under Responsibilities. The responsibilities list should not include the schedule line. So we need to move schedule line to Schedule section. Thus Responsibilities list without the schedule line. Responsibilities: - Perform TIG welding techniques to fabricate primarily stainless steel piping spools between ¾” and 3” diameter. - Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to ensure accurate welds and adherence to engineering specifications. - Inspect welds for quality and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, making adjustments as necessary. - Perform assembly work as required such as drilling & tapping into carbon steel metal plate; operating overhead and jib cranes; mounting auxiliary components onto bases; bolting up welded pipe spools; and routing stainless steel seal‑gas tubing. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Now About Honeywell (maybe as About the company). Could be under "About Honeywell" but not in list of headings; we could put under "About the company" but not required. The instruction only gave examples; we can add other sections if they have real content. The About Honeywell paragraph is substantive. We could add a section

    About Honeywell

    with that paragraph. However we
