Welder I - 1st Shift - HIRING BONUS

About the Role

The Welder I position is responsible for welding metal components using hand‑welding equipment and ensuring weld quality meets specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Inspect and verify parts for accuracy
• Maintain consistent, high-quality welds
• Meet hourly and job‑based weld output goals
• Use common welding hand and power tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Welding certificate or equivalent experience

Working Conditions: Industrial fabrication environment; exposure to weld fumes, noise, and heat; standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and reaching required.

Pay

• $1500 sign‑on bonus for welders with 6 months or greater previous equivalent production weld experience (eligible for offers given 8/14/26 and after, start date on or prior to 9/14/26)
• $21.00 – $28.00 per hour, dependent on experience

Schedule

Full‑time, 40 hrs/week with possible overtime
