Welder Helper - Michels Utility Service, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist welders with preparing materials
• Maintain safe and organized work areas
• Support fabrication and repair tasks

Requirements

• 0-2 years of construction, welding support, or related field experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and materials preferred
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to safely use hand tools, grinders, torches, and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel
