Key Responsibilities
- Assist welders with preparing materials
- Maintain safe and organized work areas
- Support fabrication and repair tasks
Requirements
- 0-2 years of construction, welding support, or related field experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and materials preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to safely use hand tools, grinders, torches, and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
