Welder Helper

Responsibilities

• Support experienced welders and fitters while learning and increasing knowledge in the craft

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing shop environment or completion of a welding program
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Strong understanding of welding procedures, fit-up, and fabrication practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
