Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety policies, report accidents, and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Weld structural components using blueprints, layouts, and work orders.
  • Identify and prepare different materials, handle tools and welding machines.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform QA/QC checks, and ensure work conformance.
  • Maintain an organized work environment and manage stock levels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of structural welding experience.
  • Proficiency with cutting torches, plasma arc, and related equipment.
  • Experience working off lifts or staging; rigging skills are a plus.
