Welder Fabricator Needed! Day Shift

About the role

As this team’s newest Fitter / Fabricator, you will follow blueprints and fit parts, process materials, and weld for custom repairs and projects. You’ll emphasize speed and accuracy while practicing safe work habits. You’ll read blueprints and use your experience to troubleshoot any issues.

Pay

$20 - $25/hr (based on experience and weld test performance)

Responsibilities

• Follow blueprints and fit parts
• Process materials and weld for custom repairs/projects
• Emphasize speed and accuracy while practicing safe work habits
• Read blueprints and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with MIG Welding and Fitting
• 2+ years of experience in Fabrication
• TIG experience (welcome)
• Able to read blueprints
• Coachable personality and ability to pick things up quickly
• Can consistently lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Some college or trades school education (preferred)
• AWS/WABO Certifications (a huge plus)
• Ability to read blueprints (highly preferred)
