Welder / Fabricator

Job Description

Working with a team of others, produce life safety systems
Operate semi-automatic welding machine
Use crane and forklift
Perform mig hand welding repair
Maintain quality assurance
Organize products and materials
Perform regular maintenance of welding station
Work in a multitasking environment while meeting deadlines
Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Welding experience, mig preferred
• Regularly lift up to 25lbs; occasionally up to 50lbs
• Ability to walk, stand, or lift the entire shift
• Knowledge of pipe and fittings is a plus
• Industry experience is encouraged, but not required
• Willing to train

Work Setting

Lawrenceville, GA
Monday - Friday, 7AM-4PM
Occasionally on some Saturdays, 8 AM - 12 PM

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Welding experience, preferably mig
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs
• Knowledge of pipe and fittings
• Willingness to train
