Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on mild steel, working with materials ranging from 20 gauge to 1-inch thickness.
- Produce accurate, durable components following detailed instructions and specifications.
- Interpret welding symbols and blueprints to ensure precise setups and welds.
- Utilize a variety of metal finishing tools, including grinders and abrasives, to meet our high standards.
- Operate lifting devices such as cranes, positioners, magnets, and hooks safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of MIG welding experience.
- Strong attention to detail, steady hand, and a true passion for quality welding work.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Experience in custom metal fabrication, welding, and finishing.
- Knowledge of welding symbols and blueprints.
- Ability to operate various metal finishing tools.
- Safe equipment operation skills.

Pay
- Competitive pay range: $24-$36/hr based on experience and skills.
Schedule
- 1st shift: Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm.
