Welder-Days or Nights

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and shop drawings.
• Perform GMAW (MIG) welding on a variety of components and assemblies.
• Weld in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment to achieve quality welds.
• Position, align, and clamp parts using fixtures and jigs.
• Tack weld assemblies and complete production welds.
• Inspect welds for quality, appearance, and defects.
• Repair cracked or damaged components when required.
• Clean welds and remove weld spatter.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic operator maintenance.
• Move materials and finished products throughout the work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.

Requirements

• Welding diploma, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Ability to read a tape measure and calipers accurately.
• Basic shop math skills, including decimal and fraction conversions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Pay

$20.00 – $32.00 per hour Based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Schedule

• Day Shift: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Night Shift: Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
