Welder - Day Shift

About the role

Weinberger Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking to hire a Day Shift Welder in Phoenix, Arizona. Aluminum Welding Preferred. Our priority is to make sure we hire welders that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections, safety checks, diagnosis and repair containers/dumpsters and other equipment as needed
• Helping other team members with repairs as needed
• Having professional and courteous interactions with our drivers when needed
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards
• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficiency in a variety of welding techniques (MIG/Stick)
• Basic tool set
• Hydraulic experience is a plus

$25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule

Hours: 5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday
