About the role

Join our team of skilled welders at XYZ Manufacturing. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding techniques and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform various welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and stick welding methods.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and company policies.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of welding experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Experience with welding on various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Pay

$18 - $22 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
