Welder

About the role

The Welder position at Interstate Group's Nampa, Idaho production plant is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work and is looking to grow within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld raw materials to construct the framework for our trailers
• Handle power tools such as grinders, chop saws, oxygen and acetylene torches, and other general hand tools
• Meet high quality and control standards consistently
• Learn and become proficient in other production roles to support the entire team

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Ability to be on your feet for a long period of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous welding experience preferred.
