Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and FluxCore welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, orbital, aluminum, and other metals as required.
- Fabricate, repair, and modify industrial equipment, piping systems, pump components, skids, bases, brackets, and structural steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work orders.
- Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble materials to precise specifications.
- Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drill presses, ironworkers, plasma cutters, and other shop machinery.
- Absorb and assist with pump, motor, and mechanical equipment repairs when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and welding safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with mechanics, technicians, project managers, and supervisors.
- Participate in field welding and emergency service work as needed.
- Complete required documentation and work reports accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-10 years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication plans.
- Strong knowledge of welding codes, techniques, and safety standards.
- Experience working with industrial equipment, pumps, motors, piping, or mechanical systems.
- Ability to safely operate fabrication and metalworking equipment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including welding helmets, gloves, respirators, and safety footwear.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
- Ability to work in shop and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including welding helmets, gloves, respirators, and safety footwear.

Work Conditions / Schedule
- Fulltime, field-based role
- Typical schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM
- Overtime and on-call shifts may be required based on customer needs
- Travel to customer sites required
