- PTO (paid time off):
- Up to 120 hours, 90 days to 1 year

Schedule
- 2nd shift: 15% shift differential, 4 × 10-hour days Monday–Thursday
- Weekend shift: 15% shift differential, work 36 hours and get paid for 40, 3 × 12-hour days Friday–Sunday
Requirements
- Comprehension of welding symbols
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- Familiar and capable of performing multiple welding techniques
- Fit-up experience preferred
- Ability to pass 2G GMAW and 2G MCAW proficiency tests
- Ability to inspect weld conformity
- Can weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
