About the Role

Join our team as a Welder supporting sheet-metal production across stainless steel and aluminum. This role keeps our manufacturing lines running smoothly and is a great fit for someone who takes pride in precise, quality craftsmanship—whether you're an experienced welder or looking to grow your skills through hands-on mentorship and cross-training. Responsibilities

• Work from work orders, schedules, and verbal instructions
• Layout, assemble, and build products to specification
• Apply knowledge of filler metal selection for various steel alloys, aluminum, and select exotic metals
• Perform GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW welding processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors
• Weld in multiple positions across a range of metal types
• Collaborate well with others, welcoming direction, coaching, and feedback
• Participate in cross-training opportunities to broaden your skill set
• Support other operations as needed to maintain workflow, schedules, and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized, and follow all safety protocols
• Take on other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Welding certification and/or 3+ years of welding experience (candidates with strong fundamentals and a willingness to train are encouraged to apply)
• Ability to work an early shift starting at 5:00 AM, with occasional overtime
• Strong attention to detail; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
