Responsibilities

• Performs skilled welding tasks using established techniques and procedures.

• Sets up and calibrates welding equipment according to technical drawings and standards.
• Performs maintenance of tools and equipment and escalates larger issues as needed.
• Checks parts for presence, dimensions, and quality.
• Operates industrial equipment safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Participates in team activities and supports best practices.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Resolves routine issues independently and supports process improvements.
• Follows all safety guidelines and uses required personal protective equipment.
