Responsibilities

• Mig & Tig welding of aluminum and steel
• Some fabrication will be required with this position
• Welding on carbon steel various thickness with MIG
• Welding on aluminum various thickness with MIG and TIG
• Work on other shop equipment such as manual mills, press-brake, saws, grinders, drills, etc.
• Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality
• Must be proficient in aluminum and steel
• Must be able to work un-supervised and maintain productivity
• Responding to quick turn-around orders; some overtime required
• Performing well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area
• Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience Mig & Tig welding aluminum & steel
• Certified Welder a plus
• Must be able to read prints & ACCURATELY read a tape measure
• Must have reliable transportation
• Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties and responsibilities of this job, including lifting to 75 lbs.

Pay

Starting rate: $18 per hour based on experience.
