About the role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes.
• Ensure product quality through adherence to established quality standards.
• Monitor production efficiency and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with manufacturing software tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery and associated processes is beneficial.

Pay
