Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on the materials and project specifications. Perform various welding processes Weld and fabricate metal components, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to welding standards. Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Inspect completed welds visually or using testing methods to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies. Conduct repairs or modifications on existing structures or components as required. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Keep accurate records of work performed, including welding procedures, inspections, and materials used.
