Welder

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking skilled Welder in Angelica, WI location. Shift: 2nd shift Pay Rate: $22/hr - $28/hr Responsibilities Perform welding operations on metal parts and assemblies according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding instructions. Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG and/or TIG welding machines, as required. Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and quality. Measure, cut, fit, and prepare metal materials for welding. Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all company safety procedures and quality control standards. Meet production schedules while maintaining consistent workmanship. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues. Qualifications 3+ years of welding experience within a manufacturing envrionment. Knowledge of MIG, TIG, or other welding processes is a plus. Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and technical drawings preferred. Familiarity with welding tools, equipment, and metal fabrication techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
