American Asphalt & Concrete, Inc. is seeking a dependable Welder to support our paving operations in Spring Valley, CA.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding on equipment, trailers, and structural components
- Handle general mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
- Fabricate parts and custom components as needed
- Build and modify rack systems
- Reinforce trailers and other transport equipment
- Work with a variety of materials used in construction
- Assist with miscellaneous shop tasks and field repairs
Qualifications
- Experience with welding
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to fabricate and modify metal components
- Familiarity with construction equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Laser Welder experience encouraged
