Welder

About the role

We are looking for skilled welders to join our team, assembling and welding metal components to create high-quality products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure all products meet strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders
• Weld metal components together using various welding techniques
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a welding program from a technical school or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
