Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate welding machines and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings
- Perform mig welding tasks
- Lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Work in a fast-paced environment standing for long periods of time
- Show attention to detail and solve problems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 3 years welding experience
- CWB or AWS certification (preferred)
- Mig welding experience (preferred)
- Tape measurement skills (optional)
- Blueprint reading experience (optional)
- Mechanically inclined
- Motivated to learn and eager to grow
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Show attention to detail and problem-solving skills (basic mechanical and mathematical aptitude)
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency required. 3 years welding experience. CWB or AWS certification is a plus. Mig welding experience preferred. Mechanically inclined individuals. Tape measurement skill set. Blueprint reading experience is a plus. Able to lift and maneuver 50 pounds repeatedly. Motivated candidates who are eager to learn. Able to work in a fast-paced environment standing for long periods of time. Attention to detail and problem-solving skill set (basic mechanical and mathematical aptitude).
