Your Team & Your Role
As a Welder, you are a critical partner supporting our manufacturing operations by providing high-quality welding services for plant equipment, components, and structural needs. Your work helps ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations—so our farmers can rely on the equipment they need when they need it.
Your Impact
- Perform welding and fabrication work on a variety of equipment, components, and structures to support plant operations.
- Perform high-quality welding and fabrication to support engineering builds, prototypes, and product development activities.
- Review and interpret engineering prints, models, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of design specifications.
- Locate and position parts accurately based on engineering requirements, ensuring proper fit, orientation, and weld readiness.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or welding certification preferred.
- Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing welding and fabrication.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with plant teams.
