Advanced Blending Solutions LLC of Wallace, MI is seeking a full-time Welder to join our production team in a clean, comfortable manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform welding using TIG, MIG, shielded metal arc, and gas metal arc techniques in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
- Interpret basic blueprints to fabricate parts to specifications.
- Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, bolt, or grind components as needed.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools and enter data into our quality management system.
- Maintain a "Safety Always" mindset by monitoring equipment and adhering to safety procedures.
Requirements
- Technical degree/certificate in welding or comparable experience.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and operate welding equipment.
- Strong logic and reasoning skills for daily decision-making and problem-solving.
- Basic computer proficiency for job tracking.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Pay
$22.25+ per hour, dependent on relevant experience and weld test.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM–2:30 PM, Friday: 5:00 AM–9:00 AM (weekends free).
