Responsibilities

• Makes the coolest, the biggest, and the baddest towing and recovery vehicles in the world!
• You’ve seen our vehicles on such television shows as “Highway Thru Hell”, “Wrecked”, and “Hustle and Tow”.
• We’re extremely proud of the work we do and the quality of product we produce - this is why we hire only the best people.
• Do you have what it takes to be part of the World’s Largest Manufacturer of Towing and Recovery Equipment?
• Positions parts in jigs or fixtures on bench or floor, or clamps parts together along layout marks.
• Examines weld for bead size and other specifications.
• Repairs broken or cracked metal objects, fills holes, and builds up metal parts.
• Lays out, positions, and tack welds workpieces.
• Scarfs or grooves weld prior to applying filler metal.
• Chips or grinds off excess weld, slag, or spatter.
• Cleans or degreases parts.
• Ability to MIG weld.
• Ability to read AWS blue prints.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job including climbing step ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and standing for long periods of time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to work a schedule of four days on, then four days off.

Skills

• Ability to MIG weld.
• Ability to read AWS blue prints.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job including climbing step ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and standing for long periods of time.

Starting Pay: $28.00

Schedule

4-on 4-off schedule; off half of the weekends during the year
