Welder 2
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes summary (About the role), Duties and Responsibilities, Qualifications (minimum and preferred), Work Environment and Physical Requirements (maybe could be part of Requirements? but we have no specific heading for Work Environment; we could treat as Requirements? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content exists. We have About the role (summary). Responsibilities (Duties and Responsibilities). Qualifications (minimum and preferred). Possibly Skills? Not explicitly separate; qualifications include abilities. Could combine under Qualifications. Requirements maybe same as Qualifications? But we can have both Qualifications and Requirements if distinct. The posting has "Qualifications" section with Minimum and Preferred. Could treat that as Qualifications. Could also have Requirements (maybe same). To avoid thin sections, we can combine into Qualifications only. Also we have Work Environment and Physical Requirements; could be part of Requirements? Might be better to include a section "Requirements" for physical requirements? But the instruction says use those headings as examples; we can also add other headings if needed? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those. Safer to stick to those. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we omit those. Also we might include Skills if we can extract from qualifications: ability to pass weld assessments, use weld gauges and computers, read blueprints, work in team, learn to operate forklift and overhead crane. Those are skills. Could create a Skills section. But we already have Qualifications covering those. To avoid duplication, we can keep Qualifications only.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, accommodations, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. The posting includes some duplicated lines? Not obvious.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:
