Welder positions start at $22.60/hour.

Be a part of a company where work/life balance is part of our everyday culture! MAT has MULTIPLE openings for FIRST SHIFT, which runs MONDAY - THURSDAY, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm or 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Our ten-hour shift offers THREE PAID breaks along with a 30-minute lunch. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, paid vacation, sick days, and 8 paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in MIG welding within the last 2 years. Machine welding experience is not applicable.
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
• Must be able to report to work each day for your scheduled shift.
