About The Role
The Welder role supports manufacturing operations by producing quality welded assemblies using MIG welding and fabrication equipment. This role works from blueprints and work instructions to fixture, tack, and weld steel assemblies while ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years welding experience OR welding technical school training
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using computers and production software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to learn robotic welding systems

The Pay Range For This Role Is: 24 - 30 USD per hour (Paynesville, MN)
Schedule
Monday - Thursday (7 am - 4:30 pm) Friday (7 am - 11 am)
