Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
- Read and follow basic work instructions, blueprints, and drawings
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Grind, clean, and prepare materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience or welding school/training preferred
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
