About the role

We’re looking for skilled welders to help us build high-quality products that meet customer specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and perform MIG welding and robotic welding (load/unload).
• Complete metal finishing operations to meet customer drawings and specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lock Out Tagout, ergonomic practices, and machine start-up/shut-down.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain production efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use our ERP system to manage shop orders and report production data.
• Participate in 5S practices and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in other work areas as needed and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of welding experience OR a Technical degree and 1 year of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, drawings, and memos in English (translation assistance available upon request).
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, protractors, etc.).
• Solid computer skills for navigation, scanning, and data entry.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
