Welcome Coordinator

Core Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests
• Conduct visit check-in and assist patients with required forms
• Collect co-pays
• Update patient information and make changes in electronic medical record platform
• Schedule/reschedule appointments within electronic medical records platform
• Manage phone lines by answering, taking messages, and conducting outbound calls as instructed
• Manage faxes in the electronic fax platform
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Welcome and Community Room areas
• May be required to float to other centers in the region on an infrequent basis
• Other duties as assigned

  Required

  • Strong computer skills required and basic knowledge of Google Suite
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
  • US work authorization
  • Experience in customer service setting strongly preferred
  • Some college preferred

  Pay and Benefits

  The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $17.00 - $31.30. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
